To join the Seven Corners' agent team, just complete the steps below:

  1. Download and complete the Agent Contract/ Application PDF form

  2. If you are a U.S. agent, download and complete the W-9 Form PDF form (If you are domiciled outside of the United States, you do not need to complete a W-9 form.)

  3. Provide a copy of your current resident state insurance license (Only applies to Agents located in the United States)

  4. Submit your forms and the copy of your license either via fax or mail:
