Jim Krampen
Co-Founder, Principal and Executive Officer
Jim Krampen, co-founder, principal and executive officer of Seven Corners, brings nearly 20 years of underwriting and reinsurance expertise. In this capacity, he offers extensive depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in the areas of underwriting group insurance programs, expatriate medical insurance programs and private label expatriate plans. In addition to serving as a resource to the Seven Corners' leadership team, Mr. Krampen also works directly with clients to design customized insurance programs.As a well-respected authority on international expatriate medical insurance, Mr. Krampen has been called to testify as an expert witness in many court cases and legal proceedings. Prior to co-founding Seven Corners, he worked for various international underwriting and brokerage companies providing expatriate medical insurance to individuals and groups.
Mr. Krampen holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. He is a member of the Self Insured Institute of America (SIIA), the International Medical Travel Association (IMTA), and serves as Co-Chairperson on the Travel Medical committee for the United States Travel Insurance Association (UStiA).

Co-Founder, Principal and Executive Officer
Justin Tysdal brings more than 18 years of business leadership and health care industry experience to his role as a Seven Corners' executive officer. As the company's co-founder and visionary, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction and long-term growth plans for Seven Corners. In this capacity, he leverages his vast knowledge and successful track record of developing customized health care solutions, creating innovative informational system concepts, designing travel medical insurance programs, and modifying existing industry services to meet the future needs of international travelers.Mr. Tysdal is a hands-on leader who personally oversees Seven Corners' risk analysis cost assessments, workflow processes, budgetary controls and member satisfaction initiatives.
Prior to forming Seven Corners, Mr. Tysdal formed and managed several other insurance companies including Specialty Risk International, Inc., SRI Administrators, SRI Re and the Virginia Risk Company. His impressive career is highlighted by more than 18 years of marketing, product development and operational experience in the health care industry. In his previous positions, Mr. Tysdal was responsible for a variety of technical and operational duties, including implementing specialized health care plans, developing system enhancements and web-enabled programs, and providing return on investment application analyses.
Mr. Tysdal earned a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from Indiana University. Additionally, Mr. Tysdal is a member of the United States Travel Insurance Association (UStiA) and the International Medical Travel Association (IMTA).

As principal and executive officer at Seven Corners, Bill Tysdal is a seasoned business leader with 35 years of experience in insurance policy design and insurance program risk, underwriting and administration. He provides strategic counsel to the company's management team, oversees operations and is responsible for defining Seven Corners' service offerings. In this capacity, he focuses on developing efficient workflows as well as establishing effective corporate policies, procedures and standards - with the ultimate goal of delivering value and satisfaction to Seven Corners' customers.As an accomplished entrepreneur and executive, Mr. Tysdal has founded and operated a variety of highly successful businesses throughout his career. In addition to his role with Seven Corners, he also serves as the principal, secretary and treasurer of Cycra, Inc., a leading developer of specialized medical insurance programs. Additionally, he formed and ran TRM Corporation, a $25 million enterprise and Tysdal Management Company, an 18-location health management business.
Mr. Tysdal earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD. He holds an Indiana State Life and Health Insurance License and is a member of the Self-Insurance Institute of America (SIIA) and the International Medical Travel Association (IMTA).

Director of Government and Corporate Divisions
As Seven Corners' Director of Government and Corporate Divisions, Donna Rau has more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry including managed care health plan operations, subrogation/third party liability activities, consultative guidance to state Medicaid agencies and management of hospital/clinic billings. In her current role, she is responsible for the management and long-term growth of Seven Corners' government division and corporate accounts. In this capacity, she manages the coordination and success of all government program aspects including but not limited to operational oversight, delivery and analysis of reports, monitoring contract compliance, account communication, management of subcontracted vendors including the pharmacy benefit manager, preferred provider network organizations, provider of conversion health insurance and medical management companies. She recommends and institutes ongoing program enhancements that result in improved financial and operational performance. Ms. Rau is committed to the delivery of high quality programs.Ms. Rau is an accomplished and well respected health care industry expert who speaks frequently at national conferences. She is a graduate of Indiana University. Additionally, Ms. Rau is a licensed member of the State of Indiana Department of Insurance.

As Director of Seven Corners Assist, Maria has over 18 years of experience in Management of Customer Service and Assistance Service departments. She currently manages a well-trained team of multilingual Customer Service Representatives. Her background includes training staff in specialized insurance programs, negotiating provider contracts, and maximizing member satisfaction through expedited response times and a consumer advocate training approach. She additionally provides the international community with translation; currency conversion, embassy / provider referrals and medical care coordination. Ms. Caceres managed the creation and contracting of a global network of medical providers for current clients and continues to manage the growth of the network as client membership demands. Ms. Caceres' native language is Spanish and she is also fluent in French, Italian and English.Ms. Caceres holds a degree in Journalism from Universidad Central de Venezuela with 2 associate degrees in Advertising and Market Research with a Master Degree in Financial Institutions and International Markets from the IESA-Caracas Venezuela and is currently enrolled in a Masters of Business Administration program at Indiana University Purdue University in Indianapolis, IN.

Director of Claims Administration
As director of claims administration, Dennis Wood leverages more than 30 years of technical and administrative claims expertise to ensure prompt and accurate claims service. He oversees all operational aspects of a 44-person claim department, offering health claim adjudication, third-party administration and trip cancellation services.Mr. Wood has developed numerous processes and controls to monitor and improve customer service and serves as an in-house resource for evaluating and resolving complex claim situations. He also works with the company's assist program to respond to insured's medical emergencies across the globe.
Before joining Seven Corners, Mr. Wood worked as a claims manager at Fremont Compensation Insurance Company and as a claims supervisor and unit manager at Wausau Insurance Companies.
Mr. Wood earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and political science from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. He is certified as a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), has presented worker's compensation training to independent insurance agents across Indiana in prior positions, and is a licensed claim adjuster in Kentucky.

As Seven Corners' Director of Marketing, Suzanne Munson is focused on delivering valuable resources to agents and clients. She also oversees online system functionality, new employee training, customer support materials, and program development.Ms. Munson brings more than 11 years of professional experience to her job and has filled multiple functions at Seven Corners including outbound sales, agent recruitment, customer service and product line expansion and development.
Before joining Seven Corners, Ms. Munson worked in a variety of sales and management positions at Trinity Homes, Longbons Inc. and International Corporate Dairy Queen.
Ms. Munson earned a bachelor's degree in sales management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN, and she holds a Indiana State Life and Health Insurance License.

As senior manager of administration, Nicole Gill is dedicated to providing best-in-class customer care while maintaining the integrity of the insurance plans that the company administers. She manages all aspects of application processing, individual and group policy administration, premium billing and payment processing, and performs routine administration audits. She also oversees a variety of other services including benefits modifications, embassy and visa letters and verification of insurance.With 11 years of experience in the national and international medical industry and more than 18 years of experience in customer service, she provides personalized, expert and timely service to clients and agents alike.
Prior to joining Seven Corners, Ms. Gill worked as a customer service manager at Venture Stores, Inc. She studied subjects at Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis, IN.

Information Technology Director, Mark Glodowski, establishes and directs strategic long term goals, policies and procedures for Seven Corners' IT department and provides administrative direction and support for daily operational activities. He is responsible for the overall architecture, system security and integrity, staffing, development and support of Seven Corners' technology infrastructure.A seasoned information technology leader, Mr. Glodowski has more than18 years in the industry. His expertise includes Internet administration and security, local area network, wide area network and IT Infrastructure. To meet business objectives and improve operational efficiencies at Seven Corners, he has developed an online insurance quote and purchase system, an application to track assistance calls, and a claims and medical management system with interactive Internet components.
Before joining the company, Mr. Glodowski held an IT management position at Walker Information, an Indianapolis-based market research company. He earned a bachelor's degree from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN.

As director of finance, Suzanne Logan provides strategic financial input into all of Seven Corners' business decisions. She oversees the organization's finance and accounting activities and ensures compliance with federal, state and local financial regulations and accounting standards.Ms. Logan brings more than 20 years of professional experience to her role. She has been with Seven Corners since the company's inception in 1993. Before joining Seven Corners, she worked as an accounting paraprofessional at Slattery & Holman P.C. and as the accounting manager at Tysdal Management, Inc.
Ms. Logan holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Indiana Institute of Technology, and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants Association.

Underwriting Manager
Eric Adair brings almost 25 years of financial expertise to his role at Seven Corners as an Underwriter. His main priority is to review, analyze, and place risk. He works directly with several syndicates at Lloyd's of London and various carriers in the United States to design, develop, and implement new insurance products. He offers extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of underwriting custom group travel insurance programs, expatriate medical insurance programs, and private label expatriate plans.Before joining Seven Corners, Eric worked for AEFA, Quest Capital, and Engineered Systems.
He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and computer science from Saint Joseph's College in Rensselaer, IN.
