Please welcome the newest members of the Seven Corners Adventure Team, Mark and Nicole Gill! Read all about Mark's adventure with his wife Nicole (both work at Seven Corners) cruising Jamaica, Grand Cayman and New Orleans.

We visited the St. Louis Cathedral in New Orleans, which is the oldest cathedral in the United States, and is the seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New Orleans.  The first church was built on the site in 1718.  The third, built in 1789, was raised to cathedral rank in 1793.  Most of the current building was part of an expansion and re-build in 1850.  Great history and a beautiful structure.

Next stop? Doctor’s Cave Beach in Montego Bay, Jamaica.  The beach was beautiful, and relaxing.  The authentic jerk chicken was tasty too.

Finally, this picture is of the blackened limestone rock formation in Hell, Grand Cayman.

Hell, Grand Cayman

This vacation was an adventure due to the fact that Nicole and I have been married for 16 years, and this was the first vacation by ourselves; no children, friends, or other family members.  We have taken several cruises and visited other parts of the United States over the years, but we have always taken our children and/or other friends and family.

It was amazing to be able to finally have a chance to connect and experience destinations together as a couple.
