In January 2018 James joined Seven Corners as senior business development director. In this role, he identifies Government RFPs for Seven Corners to bid on and manage. He is also responsible for negotiating financially beneficial reimbursement arrangements with hospitals, surgery centers and ancillary facilities to provide a robust provider network for the company’s Federal Bureau of Prisons contracts.
James brings more than a decade of network development and management experience with him to this position, along with expansive knowledge of the insurance industry. Prior to joining Seven Corners, he served as director of network development and credentialing for LifePlans Inc., a company that helps health and long-term care insurers manage risk. While there, he oversaw nationwide provider recruitment and the implementation of network growth and development procedures.
He has a Bachelor of Arts in business management from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.
