She is experienced in cost containment, contract negotiation, compliance, credentialing and customer service. She has a BA degree in Healthcare Administration. Melisa Franklin’s primary responsibilities include management of day to day operations within the department, provider contracting, network development, and prison relationships.
Justin is a hands-on leader who personally oversees Seven Corners' risk analysis cost assessments, workflow processes, budgetary controls and member satisfaction initiatives. In his previous positions, he was responsible for a variety of technical and operational duties, including implementing specialized health care plans, developing system enhancements and web-enabled programs, and providing return on investment application analyses.
As a respected authority on international travel insurance with over 27 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jim offers extensive knowledge and expertise in the areas of benefit design, underwriting, and distribution of insurance programs. He has directed the development of the company’s products and program management services by effectively partnering with insurance carriers and customers to design and implement customized retail insurance programs for various markets.
