Colorado Reminder
We sent you an email earlier this month about the recent change in Colorado for surplus lines products. The Colorado DOI has stated that accident and health products may not be written in the surplus lines market. This is because Colorado defines surplus lines as property and casualty insurance only.

Because of Colorado’s decision, we can no longer sell these plans effective April 1: Liaison International, Liaison Continent, Liaison Majestic, Liaison Express, Wander Frequent Traveler, Inbound Guest, Inbound Choice, Inbound Immigrant, Green Cover, Liaison Student, Student Express, Reside Prime, Reside Blue, Reside Worldwide, DOGTAG.

  • Existing members will be allowed to continue coverage already in place.
  • Renewals will not be allowed, and we will notify affected members.
  • The website will restrict purchases for members providing an address in Colorado. Travel to Colorado is allowed.
  • Group coverage will be reviewed at renewal time.
