Customers come first at Seven Corners


You may already know that one of Seven Corners' core values is "Customers Come First." We recently talked about our focus on customers, including you and the consumers who use our plans.

We are still hard at work, ensuring that this core value is at the heart of all we do. To tackle this goal, we evaluated our service levels from a big picture view and then drilled into the details, ultimately implementing new processes and improving others.

And now, the results are in!

  • Average Google rating for service & overall customer experience improved over 300% in 10 months.
  • Our Google rating is now 4 stars.
  • Claims are processed in less than 10 days.
  • Trip Cancellation claims are processed in less than 5 days.
  • One-call resolution for more than 85% of all calls — this means no additional follow up is needed to meet the member’s need.

Reminders & Updates

Liaison Continent & Liaison Majestic plan updates were effective 4.18.17.

In case you missed the notification in the last update, here's a quick summary:

Liaison Continent

  • Acute Onset of Pre-existing Conditions fell from $45,000 to $25,000 for medical expenses.
  • The pre-certification penalty is now 25% and applies only to expenses incurred in the United States.
  • The definition of pre-certification was updated to include additional medical expenses.
  • The daily rate increased a small amount for medical trend increase.
Liaison Majestic
  • The new pre-certification requirement for Liaison Continent was added to Liaison Majestic.
  • The daily rate increased a small amount for medical trend increase.
For both products, existing members will renew onto the new plan. They have received an email notification about the plan change.

We're going green for product fulfillment.

Effective June 1, we will no longer provide physical fulfillment material for all retail plans except major medical.
