Trip Protection Sales are Heating Up

Make sure your clients are protected for summer travel.

Summer is almost here and with it comes the busy season for all things travel insurance. In preparation for that, we have new tools and process improvements to share.

Extended Hours
The Inside Sales team will begin working extended hours on May 30. They will be available to help you and your clients during these times:
  • Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. EDT
  • Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. EDT 
  • We're excited about our new 4.1 Google rating (it increased again this last week), and we are working hard to get it even higher!
  • Our website now displays Trust Pilot, another tool to capture feedback from customers. We request reviews after customers purchase, and customers can also click on a link placed in each employee's email. Results are displayed on the home page and on product pages.
  • Review Trackers — This platform consolidates all sources of public customer reviews, so we can easily monitor customer posts and respond to them. To date, we have 1,800 reviews across more than 80 different websites and a rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars!
Pet Insurance
Effective June 1, we are discontinuing sales of pet insurance. If you have been selling the Hartville pet products for us, we will email you with details about how to continue your relationship with Hartville.
Wednesday Webinars are Back (and Better Than Ever)! 

We're bringing back our Wednesday Webinars with new content designed specifically for you. We look forward to talking with you and answering your questions.

Do Travel Alerts & Warnings Affect Coverage? 

The Department of State (DOS) issued a Travel Alert for Europe on May 1. Since Europe is a popular travel destination, especially for the summer, you may be wondering how this will affect your clients’ plans for travel to Europe and the coverage for that travel.
