New Notification Option for You

Please sign up!

We now have a way to provide you with real-time system status updates. You can sign up for email and/or text alerts to be notified of outages, scheduled maintenance, and other updates for, the API, the phone system, email, chat, and other systems that are relevant to you. When you sign up, you can customize the notifications you wish to receive.   

Please note that we will no longer send operational emails regarding system news. The new real-time system notification platform is a more effective way for you to receive information that is pertinent to you.
