Important Plan & Process Updates

Important plan & market changes for you.

Based on a careful review of our products, markets, and regulations, we have two important updates to share.

Major Medical Plans – We are withdrawing from the individually-underwritten major medical market. This means we will no longer sell Reside Prime, Reside Worldwide, Reside Blue, and select major medical groups. We have notified agents who are active in this market with specific details about this transition. If you have major medical product links on your site, please note we will disable these on March 7, 2018.

Trip Protection Plans – We are changing our process for paying commissions on RoundTrip Economy, Choice, and Elite due to new regulations from the Market Action Work Group (MAWG), part of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Agents who sold RoundTrip plans over the last year have received details by email. If you have questions or would like to learn how to sell RoundTrip, please contact your account representative or follow the link below.

Travel to Venezuela
Seven Corners is taking steps to ensure that payments for services received by our insureds in Venezuela are calculated and reimbursed accurately. This is a necessary response to ongoing instability and hyperinflation in the local currency in Venezuela.

Effective today, Seven Corners will follow a procedure for calculation of the exchange rate for services paid in local currency, the bolivar.
