This category identifies “service teams who have demonstrated exceptional skills in recovering
either an individual case or in rebuilding an under-performing service department.”
“We are thrilled to be recognized as a finalist for the prestigious Stevie Award,” says the Seven Corners chief operating officer. “Fueled by our core value, Customers Come First, the entire Seven Corners organization poured
their time, energy and passion into understanding our customers and their needs and then used that insight to dramatically improve their experience. This nomination from The Stevie Awards is a significant team achievement we are honored to receive.”
The Stevie Award is a coveted business title awarded to organizations and individuals from more than 60 countries that demonstrate outstanding performance in their category. As a finalist, each nominee received either a Bronze, Silver or Gold
Stevie Award at the official award ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada. Seven Corners was recognized with a Silver.
Over the past year, Seven Corners took dramatic steps to increase focus on delivering excellent service to customers. What was once a mere goal, became a daily, focused priority shown in all departments.
We analyzed customer feedback to identify and combat common issues, conducted user-testing to ensure consumer satisfaction, simplified and improved our processes, and introduced and executed various other customer-centric initiatives.
We’re always known internally that our customer service was a strength of the company, but it this has now surfaced externally. In the past twelve months, Seven Corners’ Google rating jumped a massive 280 percent. Our score raised
from 1.5 to a 4.2. Trust Pilot scores haven’t wavered beneath 8.5 (out of 10) and we’ve maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. All of this comes together to paint a clear picture: we’re making the effort to put the
customer first each and every time.
It required demanding work, perseverance and determination from everyone at Seven Corners but that’s what made this award possible.
