Seven Corners Adventure Team: Amy Climbs to New Heights in Moab

Adventure Team | Jul 18, 2016

Amy Browns family adventure in Moab, Utah.
Seven Corners Adventure Team member Amy Brown recently took an adventure with her family to rock climb the picturesque peaks of Moab, Utah.

This is her story:

My family and I traveled to Moab, Utah to visit the Arches National Park and do some hiking and climbing around the area.  One of our favorite activities was rock climbing in an area known as Ice Cream Parlor.  It is called this because the sun does not hit this section of rock until 12:00 noon every day, making it a cool place to climb despite the normal 100 degree temperatures.

As this was a family vacation, my children tried their hand at climbing too.  My 8 year old daughter, pictured with me holding the Seven Corners Adventure Team flag, did awesome, as did my 6 year old son.

We had an absolute blast and I highly recommend this trip to others!
