Introducing April W.

Meet April W., a Senior Customer Care Advocate who has been with Seven Corners for 2 years and 3 months. A love for travel and helping people inspired April to join the Seven Corners team after moving to Indiana. Learn more about April and her travel experiences below.

What is the most interesting thing you have learned about travel insurance while at Seven Corners?

Speaking with members from all over the world in all different kinds of situations has been very interesting, you never know what kind of day you are walking into. One of the most mentally stimulating aspects has been learning insurance language. It has been very rewarding and challenging learning how to communicate and instruct our members about our policies.

What is your favorite part of traveling?

Learning things about new places and cultures. I love trying new foods and going where the locals go. It's always great to see what you learn about yourself and the people you travel with as well. Traveling puts forth challenges that you may not deal with in your day-to-day life and there is always something to learn. Movement is life

What is the most interesting place you've been on vacation?

Dublin, I spent 7 days there and it wasn't enough.

What is the best travel tip you have given or received?

Always bring a change of clothes and other life essentials in your carry-on!

What is your dream travel destination?

Peru, Chile, and Italy. I can't pick just one.

What is something you can't travel without?

Ear buds, chewable vitamin C tablets, peppermint oil and a journal. I like to collect little things like labels & currency, things that look so different from home & put them in my journal. Ear buds for obvious reasons. Vitamin C and peppermint oil because they are a great pick-me-up no matter where you are.
