Seven Corners Launches Travel Insurance Loyalty Program with a Focus on Customers

Seven Corners Inc., an innovative international travel insurance and specialty benefit management company, today announces the launch of their new “Adventure Team” program. This data-backed initiative includes a unique digital community for travelers to connect and share experiences and educational information about travel insurance and how it works.  
 
The Seven Corners Adventure Team will provide benefits such as a dedicated customer advocate phone line for travel insurance questions, access to a private travel-focused Facebook Group that connects members on a deeper level, and giveaways and contests exclusively designed for Adventure Team members. 
 
This program is designed to benefit travelers with a new layer of community to discuss specific destinations and recommendations, activity suggestions, travel tips, and more.

To develop the program, Seven Corners partnered with AuthentiCx, an independent customer interaction analysis and consulting company that delivers extensive insights about the customer experience. Using deep-listening data from customer interactions that reveal what consumers value in a travel insurance program and the pain points that can arise during the purchase and claims process, this partnership allowed Seven Corners to develop a beneficial program for travelers around the globe.

Based on the data provided by AuthentiCx, Seven Corners will first roll out unique elements of the Adventure Team program to purchasers of their most popular product, the Round-Trip Elite travel insurance plan, although all customers and noncustomers alike are eligible to join.
