Do I need to provide member data like height and weight on quotes?
No, in most cases that information will not be needed and should not be sent.
Is it possible to make multiple connections so multiple requests can be submit at one time?
Yes, the best way to get all the quotes you need generated at once is by doing it through multiple requests to the API server.
Who can I reach out to when I have issues with the API?
Leveraging the Contact page or emailing APISupport@sevencorners.com are the preferred methods.
Is it possible to setup a call or meeting to discuss the issues being faced?
Absolutely, we would like to make sure everyone gets to test and play with the API and its features but anytime it becomes a major stopping point we recommend reaching out for that assistance.
I haven't heard back directly about my API Key request, what could be going on?
Generally when we receive these requests we go through a validation process. We want to make sure that before granting access we have you configured and worked out what you're looking for and to accomplish with the API.
Is it possible to use the API for DogTag purchases?
Not at this time, the functionality to import and relate the dog tag account information does not yet exist as implemented in the API.
