Diane Hettmansperger is responsible for daily operations and oversight of future bids for all Federal Bureau of Prisons contracts. Hettmansperger has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry spending much of her career in the claims processing and customer service departments. Diane possesses excellent managerial skills and has a history of establishing strong customer relationships.

Senior Business Development Director

James' focus as Senior Business Development Director is on negotiating financially beneficial reimbursement arrangements with local hospitals, surgery centers, and ancillary facilities in order to provide a robust Provider Network for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

James brings more than a decade of contract development and management experience with him to this position, along with an expansive knowledge of the insurance industry.

Melisa Franklin 

Program Manager

Ms. Franklin has 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Her experience includes serving in various roles within the healthcare industry in primarily management roles for provider practices as well as medical claim handling, claim audit and utilization review for a commercial insurance company. She is experienced in cost containment, contract negotiation, compliance, credentialing and customer service. She has a BA degree in Healthcare Administration. Ms. Franklin’s primary responsibilities include management of day to day operations within the department, provider contracting, network development, and prison relationships.

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Justin is a hands-on leader who personally oversees Seven Corners' risk analysis cost assessments, workflow processes, budgetary controls and member satisfaction initiatives. In his previous positions, he was responsible for a variety of technical and operational duties, including implementing specialized health care plans, developing system enhancements and web-enabled programs, and providing return on investment application analyses.

As a respected authority on international travel insurance with over 27 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jim offers extensive knowledge and expertise in the areas of benefit design, underwriting, and distribution of insurance programs. He has directed the development of the company’s products and program management services by effectively partnering with insurance carriers and customers to design and implement customized retail insurance programs for various markets.
