As customer experience director for Seven Corners, Sue Clevenger oversees a multilingual 24/7 team that provides a variety of travel insurance services to our customers all over the world. Her role includes optimizing the customer experience while developing a scalable customer advocate team structure that actively supports business needs.

Sue has an extensive background in creating and cultivating client relationships in various industries. She previously worked for Aprimo LLC (formerly Teradata) as vice president of customer engagement. Prior to that, she was vice president of global customer services for Teradata.

Sue is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in merchandizing and marketing.
