Coverage is provided for injuries or illnesses which began during coverage, and your attending physician and our Medical Director will determine if it is necessary.

Emergency Medical Reunion*

When an emergency evacuation or repatriation is ordered, and your attending physician recommends a family member travel with you, we will transport one individual of your choice to be at your side while you are hospitalized and accompany you on your return to your home residence.

Return of Mortal Remains*

If you die while covered, we will make arrangements and pay expenses for preparation and return of your remains to your home residence.

Return of Passenger*

If you are traveling with a passenger and are hospitalized and unable to transport the passenger, we will arrange and pay for a one-way economy fare to the passenger’s home residence. This includes the cost of an attendant to ensure the safety and welfare of dependents under 19 years if needed.

Motorcycle Return*

If your motorcycle is not operational as a result of an accident, or if you are unable to ride your bike home due to a covered injury or illness, we will arrange and pay to return your motorcycle to your home residence. We will also return your bike if you die while you are covered. This benefit is limited to trips in North America.

Prescriptions & Glasses*

We will arrange and pay shipping costs to deliver a prescription or glasses to your current location. The cost of obtaining the prescription and the price of glasses is not covered.
