One of our favorite adventurers on the Seven Corners Adventure Team, Amy Brown, who serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Seven Corners recently took a family trip to Beaver Creek Colorado. Check out her story!

We traveled to Beaver Creek, Colorado to help celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday with a long ski weekend.  We decided to bring along our 4 young children (ages 9, 6, 4, and 2) and introduce them to the thrill of skiing in the mountains.

Ski Family

As expected, we had a wonderful time.  The kids enjoyed ski-school and my husband and I survived taking our kids down the mountain for a few runs.  We look forward to taking them back next year.

Check out this video of what it’s like to take a 4 year old on his first run down the slopes. We skied like this for over an hour, my quads were burning!
