David Knight

General Counsel

As Seven Corners’ general counsel, Dave manages legal and compliance functions and advises the executive team on company strategies and their implementation. He is a strong proponent of the company’s values, especially “doing the right thing” and “owning the solution.”

Dave previously worked for Ardagh Glass, Inc. for 19 years, spending the last seven years there as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary. Additionally, he was previously licensed as a certified public accountant and has prior work experience in auditing, finance, and accounting.

He obtained his J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and his B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech.

Dave’s favorite travel destination is the Caribbean, and he is a big fan of all-inclusive vacations. One of his fondest memories is climbing Dunn’s River Falls in Ocho Rios, Jamaica on his honeymoon with his wife, Kristi.
