Ed MacDonald is vice president of human resources at Seven Corners, Inc. In his role before Seven Corners, he was an attorney with an LLM (Taxation) and an MBA who had always felt passionate about the people side of the business and left his tax-technical world behind to lead the People and Culture group at Seven Corners.

In every position he has held throughout his career, he has either initiated, or joined a team, to help develop staff, improve engagement, create a fun working environment, and help people excel while adding value to the company.

He has a well-rounded business background having worked in taxation, finance, product development, product planning, business strategy, treasury, and international negotiations.
