As customer experience director for Seven Corners, Sue Clevenger oversees a multilingual 24/7 team that provides a variety of travel insurance services to customers all over the world.
She works to optimize the customer experience while developing a scalable service team focused on helping customers. Sue leads our new customer experience initiative to transform and improve every aspect of our customers’ interactions with Seven Corners. This initiative will ensure the service travelers receive is simple, fast, and easy, so they continue to love doing business with Seven Corners.
Sue is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in merchandizing and marketing.
