Plans Purchased On or After December 1, 2023
If you purchased a plan on or after December 1, 2023, you must submit your claim to Broadspire, which is the administrator of your EF Tours plan. Claim and appeal documents should also be submitted directly to Broadspire. Please reach out to them directly for benefit and claim information.
