Annual Company Bonus Pool

At Seven Corners, we believe our success depends on your success. And, we believe in rewarding your achievements. Every year in January, the Executive Team publishes the company’s goals for the year. Bonus dollars are connected with each goal and are awarded to all Seven Corners team members for goals achieved. The progress of these goals is posted monthly for easy review. Regardless of your tenure at Seven Corners, you share in the annual bonus pool. The 2016 bonus pool is $420,000.

Payday! Seven Corners' payday is every-other Friday, resulting in 26 pay periods per year.

401k  You are eligible to contribute to 401k after a 6 month waiting period. Seven Corners will match 100% up to 3%, plus 50% on 4-5%.

Discounts on travel insurance We're experts in travel insurance. If you're taking a trip you'd like to cover, you receive a 20% discount on the cost of an insurance plan for you and your family members. 

Vacation Because we're in the travel business, we encourage our team members to take vacations. Vacation time is negotiated at time of hire, however, all team members receive a minimum of 5 vacation days after 6 months of employment, as well as 10 days after one year with Seven Corners. A maximum of 5 vacation days can be carried over each anniversary year. 

Personal Time Off (PTO) Sick kids or pets, or maybe you just need a break? No problem! Team members earn 4 hours of PTO on the 1st of every month, and 16 hours of can be carried over each calendar year.

Health, Vision and Dental Insurance 
Eligibility starts on the 1st day of the month following date of hire. Seven Corners pays the majority of the health, vision and dental insurance premium and requires team members to contribute to the remainder of the cost. Team member contributions per pay period are shown below.

 Team Member Costs per pay period for HSA Plan

  • Team Member only:  $37.38 per pay period ($972 per year)
  • Team Member + Child/ren:  $106.00 per pay period ($2,756 per year)
  • Team Member + Spouse:  $145.00 per pay period ($3,770 per year)
  • Team Member + Family:  $266.00 per pay period ($6,916 per year)

Seven Corners contributes $187.50/quarter ($750/year) to HSA accounts.

Buy-Up Option (no HSA)

  • Employee only:  $67.38 per pay period ($1,752 per year)
  • Employee + Child/ren:  $160.00 per pay period ($4,160 per year)
  • Employee + Spouse:  $356.00 per pay period ($9,256 per year)
  • Family:  $450.00 per pay period ($11,700 per year)

$30,000 Life and Accidental Death Dismemberment Seven Corners pays 100% of the premium for team members. You can increase this benefit by making additional contributions through payroll deduction.

Long Term Disability Seven Corners pays 100% of the premium for team members. You may choose to add Short Term Disability by making additional contributions through payroll deduction.
