Once you complete your purchase, you will immediately receive a receipt, a summary of your benefits, an ID card, and a copy of the plan document. You are covered when traveling inside and outside of the United States.
Destination Restrictions: We cannot cover trips to Afghanistan, Antarctica, Belarus, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iraq, Islamic Republic of Iran, Israel, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Lebanon, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Mali, Myanmar, Palestinian Territory Occupied, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Ukraine, and Yemen.

The maximum length of a trip covered by Trip Protection Economy and Elite is 90 days. Note: There is an additional charge for days 31-90.
Trip Cancellation: Coverage begins at 12:01 a.m. on the day after the date the appropriate premium is received by Seven Corners prior to the scheduled departure time on the Scheduled Departure Date of Your Trip, the earlier of:

Travel Delay: Coverage begins after You have traveled 100 miles or more from home en route to join Your Trip. This is Your Effective Date and time for Travel Delay.
All Other Coverages: Coverage begins when You depart on the first Travel Arrangement (or alternate travel arrangement if You must use an alternate travel arrangement to reach Your Trip destination) for Your Trip. This is Your Effective Date and time for all other coverages, except Trip Cancellation and Travel Delay.

Extension of Coverage
All coverages will be extended if your entire trip is covered by this plan and your return is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances beyond your control. This extension of coverage will end on the earlier of the date you reach your originally scheduled return destination or five days after the scheduled return date.*
COVID-19
For plans purchased prior to July 11, 2023 only: coverage can be extended for the duration of a COVID-19 quarantine and five additional days following the quarantine if you have not arrived at your return destination.
*This applies to residents of Washington. New York residents, please review the Insuring Provisions of your plan document to learn how and when your term of coverage can be automatically adjusted.
The insurance provided by Economy and Elite is in excess of all other valid and collectible insurance (except for Accident & Sickness Medical Expense and Emergency Medical Evacuation/Medical Repatriation/Return of Remains for New York residents). If at the time of loss there is other valid and collectible insurance, we are liable only for the excess of the amount of loss, over the amount of the other insurance and applicable deductible. Recovery of losses from other parties does not result in a refund of premium paid.
10-Day Free Look Period
Plan costs are nonrefundable after a 10-day review period. If You are not satisfied for any reason, You may cancel this insurance by giving Seven Corners written notice within the first to occur of the following:
