The product offered is not group insurance within the meaning of state insurance laws and is not rated on a group basis within the meaning of state insurance laws. Rather, this is a retail travel protection program that provides protection to a principal insured as well as 9 or more traveling companions.

Once you complete your purchase, you will immediately receive a receipt, a summary of your benefits, an ID card, and a copy of the plan document. The plan document is a legal document that explains how your coverage works, including a list of exclusions. We recommend you read your plan document, so you understand how your RoundTrip plan works.
The maximum length of a trip covered by RoundTrip is 90 days. Note: There is an additional charge for days 31-90.
The plan is available to U.S. residents up to the age of 99 years.
You can buy coverage for a one-way or round trip.
You are covered when traveling inside and outside of the United States. See the Warnings tab to learn about destination restrictions.
Inside the United States — You may seek treatment at any medical provider you wish.
Outside of the United States — Seven Corners has a large international directory of providers, and many of them will bill Seven Corners direct for treatment they provide. We recommend you contact us for a referral, but you may seek treatment at any facility.
Utilizing the directory does not guarantee benefits or that the treating facility will bill Seven Corners direct. We do not guarantee payment to a facility or individual until we determine the expense is covered by the plan.
The insurance provided by RoundTrip plans is in excess of all other valid and collectible insurance. If at the time of loss there is other valid and collectible insurance, we are liable only for the excess of the amount of loss, over the amount of the other insurance and applicable deductible. Recovery of losses from other parties does not result in a refund of premium paid.
Plan costs are nonrefundable after a 10-day review period.

Travel insurance typically excludes pre-existing medical conditions. However, with RoundTrip Elite, you can qualify for a waiver of this exclusion, which means your pre-existing medical condition could be covered.
You qualify for the waiver if you buy your plan within 20 days of your initial trip deposit and insure all nonrefundable prepaid trip costs. You must also insure the cost of all subsequent travel arrangements within 15 days of the payment date for each of those arrangements.
What is a pre-existing condition?
It's an illness, disease or condition which you, your traveling companion, business partner, or family member booked to travel with you, has 60 days before the coverage start date.
This means that during those 60 days (1) a test, exam, or treatment was received or recommended for a condition which first manifested, worsened or became acute or had symptoms which would have prompted a reasonable person to seek diagnosis, care or treatment; or (2) prescription medication was received or taken.
Number 2 does not apply to a condition which is treated or controlled solely by taking prescription medication and which remains controlled without any change in the prescription in the 60 days before coverage begins.
