Company Culture of the Year

Seven Corners is overjoyed to announce our nomination for a Mira Award in the “Company Culture of the Year” category! It’s an honor to be recognized for our persistence and dedication to creating a positive company culture.

Seven Corners has implemented various employee-centric initiatives to mentor employees and provide them with the essential resources they need to succeed. From the very beginning, Seven Corners makes sure team members feel welcome, encouraged and supported. New hires receive a fruit basket and welcome note when they accept a position, and they begin their first day meeting with a culture ambassador who explains the company’s philosophy and core values.

Seven Corners also offers benefits such as an employee recognition program with monthly prizes and yearly awards, front-loaded PTO, two health care plan options, assorted optional ancillary plans, flexible work schedules, work-from-home options, casual dress, and culture cash which can be used to buy company-branded apparel and travel gear.

We also live by the mantra, “work hard, play hard!” at Seven Corners. While our customers and clients are our number one priority, we always make sure there’s still room for fun. We throw an epic Halloween party (we guarantee it’s unlike any office party you’ve attended!), we host an annual off-site holiday party, participate in Corporate Challenge, plan events throughout the year where we can give back to the community and much more!

Seven Corners strives to make our workplace one where people are excited to come every day. We understand that a company is only as great as their employees, and this fuels our drive to create an environment where people can grow and be challenged but also relax and have fun. This award means a lot to us and helps validate all the energy and hard work we’ve poured into this initiative. The Mira Awards are announced in April, wish us luck!
