Have you ever wondered where you need to go to get a direct answer? Tired of calling the main line and getting transferred? Below we’ve gathered some of the most frequent requests to give you some insight into who does what around here. Now you can stop guessing and start getting answers! Save some time and go directly to the experts.

Customer Service: These guys are basically your go-to when you need help after you’ve purchased an insurance plan. They handle the call center, so your call will almost always go to customer service (CS) first. CS can tell you whether we got your claim, and they can update you on the progress of your claim. They’re also the benefits gurus, so they can tell you more about your plan (what’s covered, what’s not) and they can help you find a doctor nearby that would accept the insurance. Basically, CS can explain almost anything you don’t understand about your plan. They’re also the ones you call if your claim gets denied and you need more information, and they can update you on the progress of your appeals.

Administration
: This team is made up of the account pros. Can’t log into your online account? Admin can help! Did we get the wrong date of birth for the insured? Contact admin. They also correct issues with your plan. If you accidentally put your daughter’s maiden name on the plan, they can fix it. Or, if you want to decrease your deductible or make changes to your plan, admin is your go-to. Also, when your plan is about to expire and you want to extend it, admin can help with that.

Inside Sales: You’ll want to call and ask for sales if you need to purchase an insurance plan, or re-purchase an expired plan (admin helps with renewing a plan that’s still active, but if your plan expires, you’ll have to re-purchase).  You can also call sales for quotes and any other pre-purchase questions. They’re basically the purchase pros.
